职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Fulfill the objectives defined in the Performance Assessment and KPI s Proposal.
2. Be responsible for the daily management and development of the Equipment Maintenance and Administration Department.
3. Arrange the members of the Equipment Maintenance Team to complete the day-to-day maintenance, technical renovation and preventive inspection of various production equipment and facilities.
4. Preside over the discussion on and the preparation and implementation of technical renovation proposals, and guide and supervise the maintenance crew to complete the technical renovation projects.
5. Guide and supervise the equipment repair team and the external repairmen to complete the repair, maintenance and fabrication tasks requested by different departments.
6. Review work summaries, subsequent work plans, equipment and spare parts purchase plans, etc.; to arrange personnel to properly complete the site management, organization, acceptance inspection for each project.
7. Lead the implementation of Loss Control and the 5S management.
8. Keep in mind that safety is part of your job and should be given first priority; make sure that all the activities are done in conformity with the laws, regulations and standards; be a model of safety to demonstrate your safety culture at the site and in the course of interaction with other employees and the contractors.
9. Other assignments from the company and the superiors.

7. More than 5 years of work experience in equipment maintenance.
8. Bachelor or above degree.
9. Major in mechanics or electric automation or related fields.
10. Good English reading, speaking and listening-comprehension abilities.
