Key Responsibilities
工作职责:
-To respond to customer enquiries and requests (via telephone, fax and email communications) in a timely manner;
-通过电话,传真和电子邮件及时回复客户查询和请求;
-To follow up with related function depts. to ensure orders are received and processed as required by customers;
-根据客户的要求接受和处理订单,并跟进相关信息;
-To follow up and clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance;
-跟进并清除挤压的订单,处理发货,以提高交付效率;
-To clarify problems with customers in relation to slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (day sales outstanding);
-处理客户的相关纠纷,敦促货款支付,提高日销售额;
-To handle customer complaints according to company procedures and service standard;
-根据公司的程序和服务标准处理顾客的投诉;
-To assist and back up other team members and provide clerical supports to Sr. Account Service Officer.
-协助团队的其他成员和高级客户服务主任的工作。
Qualification / Competency Requirement
职位要求:
-College degree or above;
-大专以上学历;
- 1 year's experience in related industry;
-1年以上相关经验
-Proficient in English communication & computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc);
-熟练的英语沟通和电脑操作(Windows,MS Office等);
-Customer and result oriented, can work under pressure;
-具有客服意识及结果导向,能承受工作压力;
-Quick and careful learner, can work efficiently and effectively;
具有学习能力及工作效率。
-Speak & write effectively.
