工作范围：

  

服务于项目现场的IT相关运营。包括

  

1. 思源物业管理系统的日常维护，问题解决，与思源方面的沟通，确保系统的正常运行；

2. 项目现场的网络、服务器、办公电脑、办公软件、打印机等办公设备的日常维护，数据管理等；

3. 现场Kronos等其他总部系统的管理及维护；

4. 项目的数据整理和保管。包括纸质数据的电子化及归档，备份等；

5. 配合总部IT就光华现场未来其他系统的上线、调试、维护工作；

6. 与项目管理团队的沟通及配合；

7. 与甲方团队的沟通及配合；

8. 与总部IT部门的沟通及协作；

9. 管理团队安排的其他工作；

                  

 

  

人员技术要求：

  

1. 计算机及相关专业大专以上学历；

2. 2-3年IT服务相关工作经验；

3. 熟悉Windows7，Windows10，Office，Windows Server 2008，MS SQL server等软件系统；

4. 局域网规划及问题解决，操作过思科、华为等品牌的网络设备；

5. 有企业级应用系统的维护经验，包括但不限于HR系统、财务系统等；

6. 良好的学习能力及沟通能力；
