日常工作类：

1.接待来电来访，收发快递，按要求转接电话或记录信息、确保及时准确。

2.按照公司规章制度，对来访客人做好接待、登记、引导工作，及时通知被访人员，并对无关人员、上门推销和无理取闹者应拒之门外。

3.根据公司规章制度维护办公室安全，管理到访客人登记表。

4.与物业管理部门协调联络以保障办公室各项设施的良好运转；

5.协助办公设备的管理，确保合理使用，保障运转正常，节能降耗。

6.定期进行库存盘点办公用品和办公室图书，并根据需要补给。

任职要求

1.大学专科学历，简单的英文听说能力。

2.具备良好的电话和沟通技巧和语言表达及书写能力。

3.熟练使用办公软件。

4.对各类项目或任务进行评估并设立优先级以满足客户或员工的不同需求。

5.具有客户服务意识及良好的组织、协调能力，能够承受工作压力并为他人提供支持。

6.工作积极主动，善于学习，乐于助人。
