Major Accountabilities
1. Publishing:
a. Provide professional desktop publishing service for internal translation team as required,
b. Perform format quality check on documents translated by external vendor,
c. As a SME, provide support for publishing tool development, and professional and efficient publishing advice and training to translators.
2. Translation request coordination:
a. Understand quality standards and client expectations,
b. Dispatch task to appropriate translation service provider,
c. Manage project finances, including budgeting,
d. Comply with relevant and applicable processes and procedures,
e. Track project status,
f. Compile translation metrics.
3. Contribute to process improvement and optimization.
4. Provide support for vendor management.
5. SuppSupport coordination of urgent regulatory document translation request during non-work days.
6. Perform other special projects or duties when required.

Experience:
Around 1-2 years working experience in document format？ting, preferably in translation service.
Experience in translation project management would be a strong advantage. Experience or basic knowledge in project coordination is preferable.
Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Basic knowledge in biological/medical/pharmaceutical sci？ences is an advantage
Meticulous attention to detail.
Able to multitask effectively in order to simultaneously execute multiple projects.
Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines.
Ability to learn new skills quickly and possess exceptional problem solving skills.
Possess a high degree of pride in solid, quality work.
