PRC Education Team Intern

Job Description:
- Assist Education Team in Intel Beijing Site on daily administration and coordination work;
- Collect information and support with team newsletters...etc.
- Support program managers in liason with program partners and followup on program status tracking
- Support program events, marketing and other logistic works
- Translation of program materials for internal & external communications
Support other education program if needed

Qualification:
- Excellent communication skill & able to work independently
- Quality orientation (paying attention to details), strong organizing skills and discipline
- Fluency in written and conversational English and Mandarin;
- Good PC skills esp. on excel and ppt
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment and under tight deadlines;
- A good team player with high energy and enthusiasm
- Working 4 days at least per week
