Key Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Campaign – 40%

? Support integrated marketing campaigns from development, implementation till reporting.

? Follow up with related agencies/partners to ensure on time and on quality derivable.

Brand communication – 50%

? Support Men’s and Women’s category marketing initiatives.

? Support seasonal shooting from concept to execution.

? Responsible for the marketing performance report as well as other consolidated reports.

? Responsible for brand tracking performance and provide consumer insights.

? Support key dealer communication in terms of dealer meeting on a quarterly basis, dealer newsletter sharing on a monthly basis with the assistance of other Marketing function.

Other tasks - 10%

? Support on the payment/contract/shoe & A&A application process

? Assist in doing necessary manuals/SOP/report

? Undertake other assignments by superiors

Requirement

Knowledge / Experience

? At least 3 years working experience on digital (in house marketing executive or media strategy planning/creative agency executive)

? Deep understanding of social channels (Weibo, Wechat, Douyin, Red, etc.)

? Proactive and willing to learn new things and take challenges

? Be detail oriented, can work independently, and have exceptional problem solving skills

? Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment

? Sneaker lovers will be a big plus

Educational Background

? University Degree or above, preferably in a marketing or communications related discipline

PC/Language/Other Skills

? Good interpersonal communication skills

? Good English and Mandarin skills

? Working knowledge of Microsoft products
