Main Responsibilities:

1.      Build trusted partnership with business and work closely with function teams to understand business expectations to ensure end to end digital service

2.      Collaborate with the business stakeholders to develop digital opportunities, be proactively engaged with multi-teams to work out digital solutions by leading the discussion, taking responsibility and new technology adoption.

3.      Conduct proof of concept to evaluate new digital ideas base on business result

4.      Select suitable vendor by evaluating development and delivery competence, technology maturity etc.

5.      Vendor management which include daily contact, performance review, service quality and contract negotiation

6.      Taking the role as digital culture ambassador to spread digital trend and ideas to whole company

Position Requirements:

1.      5+ years’ experience on digital project implementation in retail industry

2.      Proven expertise developing competence both from backend and frontend.

3.      Strong business sense and customer centric, empathy feeling.

4.      Sophisticated competence to design UX structure to fit target users.

5.      Experience with DevOps process, expertise on cloud architect and application.  

6.      Advanced vendor management skills, ability to control risks on deliver result and performance.

7.      Strong interpersonal and consultative skills

8.      Open minded and willing to take on challenges

9.      Aspire to learn new skills.

10.   Mindset of understanding the real business needs, generating designs to satisfy current and future customer needs.
