Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Strategically position TM OTR for growth o Develop TM OTR growth plan to further differentiate and strategically position ourselves in China market o Develop partnership strategy for key customers in project execution phase o Be a thought leader and be a change agent o Work closely with OG function leaders to develop and execute growth programs and ensure competitiveness and maximizing business benefits. • Enhance and lead China TM OTR operations to ensure highest quality execution and customer satisfaction o Lead operating reviews. o Build strong rigor and discipline with the highest standards to ensure best execution quality and customer satisfaction o Define resources and skills required for continuous improvement o Design and lead special programs for growth and effectiveness • Improve productivity o Drive margin expansion and productivity improvement across functions -- Sourcing, Engineering, FSE and ITO; o Drive Lessons learned sharing and follow up action implementation with other functions (ITO, ENG and SOU) to improve productivities • China Legal entity OTR operations o Oversee OTR process and operations in local legal entity. o Support local legal entity oracle system operation o Lead project planning operations for RMB local buy contracts in China legal entities. • Lead regionalization & team engagement o Lead TM OTR China regionalization efforts o Identify process gaps from regional perspective o Lead and develop a productive motivated team and implement team engagement initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements

- Minimum 10+ years project execution or P&L experience in O&G industries. - Strong operation business acumen - Proven analytical skill set and strategic mind set - Proven track record in working with partners and customers in resolving major issues - Strives for achieving business goals and customer satisfaction. - Self-motivated, strong drive, good inclusiveness and communication. - Fluent in Chinese and English with strong presentation skills
