职位描述
The position holder is aiming at improving DC transportation quality and efficiency, responsible for daily operation including shipment planning and special request coordination with customers, internal departments and forwarders; monthly POD verification and other KPIs evaluation; freight calculation, analyzing, reporting and DP process follow up in system. Also she/he is the key contact window of delivering DC with customers, supposed to collect customers’ voice by regularly onsite service audit or call visiting, and follow up the improving action plan accordingly, coordinate and handle regional transportation issue which related with DCSH, DCWH & DCBJ. Acting as Office Admin owner at DCGZ.
-Daily transportation management (SAP planning, data dispute, resource problem, last mile delivery issue coordination, etc);
-Respond to customers/ internal departments/ forwarders’ shipment queries or special request;
-POD verification & reporting, freight/ punishment calculation, cross check with forwarders;
-Invoice verification and DP application in required format/ proves/ time limit;
-Last mile service audit on site to call visit to customers, actions follow up accordingly.
-Transportation data reporting, analyzing & quality optimization.
-Drive for cost reduction by process optimization, resource sharing and other approaches.
-Office Admin to drive the employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor degree in Transportation/Logistics/Business management
Job Related Experience:
Above 5 years logistics experience
Business Understanding:
China logistics market, Transportation & Forwarder Management, Supply chain & logistics, Project management, SPS requirement
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
Fluency in English, good command of
