 JOB PURPOSE

? Customs Analyst monitors the GC customs activities and coordinates with logistics team and 3PL and other related team staff to ensure timely and accurate customs registration and declaration. Ensures that the customs operations are at optimum efficiency and stable status. Closely work with onsite customs broker to ensure smoothly and timely declaration. Maintain and develop new function for e-tools to adapt customs new regulation and improve work efficiency.

? This position must monitor the e-tools, keep e-tools running smoothly and efficient. Core responsibility includes: keep e-handbook variance under control, find and fix potential risk though data analysis to avoid compliance risk. This position is required to successfully collaborate with the other functions and business units within the company.

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES

The following are the key accountabilities for which only this role is accountable, indicating the percentage (%) of time spent:

1. E-tools management, closely communicate with software company to make sure e-tools running smoothly. Including bugs define and fix, new requirement fulfillment, data accuracy. 20%
2. GCcustoms activities management, including make-sell, buy-sell, sample, equipment, HS classifications, deposit management, make sure accurate and on time customs clearance.20%
3. Coordinate cross-functional team to adjust and implement SOP for daily operation when comes to new customs system/ internal system/ new customs regulation/ new business requirement etc.20%
4. Quarterly pre-reconciliation, keep e-handbook variance under control, find and fix potential risk though data analysis.15%
5. Coordinates with cross functional team to fix customs related problem during daily operation to ensure on-time and accurate Customs declaration.10%
6.MRO, P&E shipment management，ensure on time customs clearance.5%
7. Other tasks assigned by leader10%

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications: (Degree, training, or certification required)

? Bachelor degree of supply chain/logistics
? Minimum Experience: (Technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required)
? # 3 years Customs operations experience with responsibility for managing Customs personnel and customs broker
? # Logistics / Customs Operations / Trade compliance Experience
? # Previous work experience of working on process improvements
? # Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
