Specialist responsibilities:
1. Development Phase:
? Develop, provide assistance to complement and facilitate tenant design, shop front & signage integrity, material standard, fit out standards, handbooks and procedures.
? Control and provide assistance on Shopping Centre tenancy unit and kiosks drawings, including but not limited to lease outline, leasing, status of premises, hoarding graphics, etc.
? Develop, maintain and manage design related tracking status.
2. Delivery Phase:
? Review all proposed lease agreements with respect to impact on base building parameters and technical provisions, with assistance from Tenant Coordination Manager.
? Clearly communicate/coordinate to provide advice on design related issues among the Project/Shopping Centre Teams, tenants, designer, fit-out general contractor, authorities and alike.
? Support and work with relevant parties to ensure the tenants fit out works are carried out according to the final design drawings (shopfront, signage and materials), approved material finishes, quality, on schedule and in compliance with the national, regional and ICC China safety requirements.
? Undertake quality control inspections to ensure fit out works are in compliance with ICC China standards.
? Get the best from a design, whilst being creative & innovative.
3. Operations Phase:
? Oversee, complement and facilitate tenant rebuilding design as per development and delivery phase, and ensure compliance with ICC standards.

Knowledge & Background
- University degree in interior / retail design (or similar)
- 5 years’ experience in the field of interior / retail design and with capability of leading a team of retail designers
- Proven experience of large scale retail complex developments (preferably within Tenant Coordination)
- Good understanding of retailer’s needs, demands, both internationally and locally
- Work experience from LDI and International retailers
- Understand ICC concept and value
