Job Description Mission of this role:Manage the local pricing process and coordinate price related activities within local BP organisation and HQProvide operational pricing support to the local Sales OrganizationSupport the implementation of strategic pricing plans & initiativesWhat are my responsibilities for this role?Set up and maintain Local Pricing Policy and Escalation rules in line with the BP Global Pricing Directive and rules incl. local guidelines & complianceDrive local pricing process and coordinate price related activitiesProvide transparency to justify for Annual RLP discussion with HQProvide tactical support, pricing analysis to local management and sales incl. pricing KPIsIncrease control of transaction profitability. Reduce margin leakage by improving measurement and management of pricing actions. Identify and exploit opportunities to increase revenue and/or profitabilty by implementing concrete pricing actions (e.g. repositionings, promotions, bundled offers, ...)Support region sales and VAP manager in Project Promotion application processAlign the price change requests with the Local product marketing manager and provide more price visibility to pricing Office in HQ.How to qualify for this role?Pricing methodology dynamics, in a multi-channel product distribution businessGood communication skills.Use and exploiting the QlikView tools to address potentialUnderstanding the impact of pricing in the marketing mixDiscount structure of market / competitionPresentation & Communication Skills,MS Office Skills,Good oral and written English,Good team work, resultoriented
