Strategic purpose of the position:

Main job responsibilities:
主要工作职责（概述）：
Partner with function leaders (Customer supply chain and procurement) to build and improve reporting and analysis models and process
? Work collaboratively with country supply chain finance team in the region to acquire or provide information needed for analysis / reporting / budgeting / forecasting
Consolidate and deliver relevant, accurate and timely financial reports with explanation on variance between actual and prior year/budget/forecast
Identify and implement ongoing process improvement, financial analysis tools optimization and standardization to support country to do it right today and do it better tomorrow
Working closely with group supply chain finance team to implement group standard and design, provide group required report on timely base

Qualification & Personal Attributes:
资格要求和个人特质： Strong analytical skills and business acumen, regional exposure is a plus.
Proficiency in written English, good communication and interpersonal skills 
? Able to meet deadline under pressure and work independently with an approachable Manner
? Fast learning, pro-active, detail-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivated and adaptable to changes in a fast-moving environment.
? Extensive experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint, experienced in Hyperion、Power BI.
At least 3 years FP&A or costing experience, familiar with Activity Based Costing is a plus.
Finance or IT background, bachelor degree and above.
财务专业/ 计算机专业， 本科以上。
