Candidate requirements:
? Legal support of trading activities including:
o Drafting and commenting on various commercial (trading) and related contracts (sales, storage, transportation, trade financing etc.) under Chinese and other foreign law, negotiating with customers and other counterparties;
o Visiting customers.

? Drafting and commenting on corporate issues and internal by-laws of shanghai office ;
? Drafting and commenting on employments contracts, advising on various employment matters; 
? Monitoring PRC legal services market, development of networking with PRC law firms, preparing legal alerts for the shanghai office and Russian Headquarter;
? Negotiating with compliance departments of PRC banks re-international sanctions matters
