Responsibilities:
Responsible for applying big data to set company level strategic directions
Organizational strategy support
Insight analysis
Industrial data management
Plan and support company commercial expense allocation and resource allocation related campaign (eg. resource distribution brand level and regional perspective etc.);
Support business strategy through effectively evaluating hospital potential (eg. KA support, Targeting support etc);
Support business forecast strategy for Greater China Commercial (eg. Forecasting tool for China mainland, HK, TW etc.);
Related company business strategy support (eg. company annual plan, mid-term plan etc.);
Ad Hoc strategic support.
Insight analysis report and development
Company performance analysis (eg. industrial trending, company positioning, brand performance etc);
GQCE tracking and forecast (eg. use available resource to establish forecast timeline for local player’s GQCE approval
timing);
New related reporting system development (eg. provincial report etc.)
Industrial data management (25%)
Manage data purchase (eg. IQVIA, CPA, Provincial, Rx data, GBI contract management etc);
Data QC process (eg. data standardization and cleaning related matters);
Other potential data source exploring.
Team development
Review team workflow and optimize daily operation;
To nurture and develop team members in analysis and modelling skill set;

Qualifications:
Background in statistics and modelling
Skills in PPT, Excel, experience in tableau is preferred
Skills in SQL server and related coding
Strong critical thinking, and insight digging ability
English skills in writing and basic verbal ability
Experience in pharmaceutical company (at least 3 years)；
Mass data processing and analysis experience (at least 3 years)
Basic understanding pharmaceutical external data is preferred
PJ management or consulting background preferred
