岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
?Responsible to prioritize the BU requirements and goals, and to lead activities regarding product material cost, supplier technology alignment and supply assurance.
?Responsible for product sourcing deliverables from New Product Launch to End of Life.
?Responsible as lead interface and advocate between Business Unit and Procurement sourcing team.
?Responsible to drive material cost savings for assigned business units for new and existing products through VE efforts.
?Responsible to lead and develop material pricing in support of RFQ and new business development.
?Lead VE and product tear down initiatives.
?Seamless collaborate with internal R&D and BU teams to decrease supplier quantity, part quantity, improve average spend via multiple approaches which include but not limit to
1) phase out current suppliers/parts;
2) identify 2nd source for the incumbent item;
3) qualify dual sources for new parts.
?Able to identify our technical gap and create improvement plan.

任职资格:

Recruitment Requirements:
?？Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
?？Solid experience in handling mechanical parts like cabinet, heatsink, packaging, etc, and knowing valve, compressor, evaporator is a plus.
?？5+ years’ experience in procurement strategic sourcing, or UPS or cooling product design with in-depth know-how on the designated product manufacturing processes and tools as he or she needs touch the base with the suppliers.
?Ability to work independently, establishing priorities, setting goals and decision making.
?Carry VSM (Value Stream Map) concept and proven record practice.
?？Success in collaborating with key work partners and able to maintain relationship at executive level.
