职位描述
全面负责华为项目专业内的建筑设施的运行维护管理，其中主要包括：
1、熟悉并掌握项目现场所有空调、通风和给排水系统的架构和设备情况；
2、制定所有空调、通风和给排水设备设施的日常运行操作、维护保养、专业检测等的工作流程和程序以及作业指导书和各种计划；
3、对所有现场技术人员进行空调操作和维护程序和作业指导书的专业培训；
4、针对所有空调通风系统和给排水系统的运行和有效性，提出有效的专业意见，实施有效的节能措施；
5、收集和整理HVAC系统和给排水系统及消防水系统的所有图纸和设备资料，，并定期更新；
6、负责空调、给排水项修业务及工程业务实施单位的现场施工管理，包括制定或审核技术方案或施工图纸和施工方案、组织招评标（只限小型整改）、工程验收、数据录入、绩效评价、结算资料审核、其他第三方现场接待和问题求助解决等；
7、负责管理现场专业维保单位的现场服务，督促其完成计划中的空调给排水系统专业维保以及应急维修和故障恢复等工作，确保现场工作的正常运行。
任职要求：
1、50周岁以下，全日制本科学历，制冷、暖通等相关专业毕业
2、5年以上本专业工作经验，有3年以上外企相关工作经验优先
3、具备小型工程装修或改造方案制订、设计、预算、施工管理等能力；
