岗位职责:

Responsible for driving quality processes and procedures into Vertiv Services. Overall, this role is geared to provide quality support of installation, start-up and commissioning processes in order to optimize the customer experience via continuous improvement and standard work. In addition, this role provides sound linkage into the quality organization for NPDI input and field performance feedback. This role also manages the Vertiv Services Quality System and oversees quality monitoring, measurement, reporting, and action planning to achieve quality and cost goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Lead and manage the full scope of Services performance from a customer/quality perspective
2. Initiate and participate in projects aimed towards improving our ability to identify and measure product and service performance from a customer perspective
3. Develop and implement strategies to meet annual quality improvement KPI and metric goals
4. Analyze and monitor installation, start-up, and commissioning processes in order to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
5. Analyze field performance to improve product quality and reliability. Provide input into NPDI process
6. Formulate and manage a quality system of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with ISO 9001.
7. Establish and support One Vertiv Culture providing clarity of mission for quality function while supporting company vision.
8. Facilitate Region to Region best practice sharing for Services

任职资格:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required.)
1. Strong leadership skills and ability to implement change;
2. Quality Management knowledge including statistical techniques and methods;
3. Field Service background;
4. Ability to design, develop and implement effective Quality Systems;
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required (upper level English speaking);
6. Ability to develop individuals and organizations to be effective;
7. Ability to organize multiple tasks, priorities and projects;
8. Ability to instruct and train on multiple subjects;
9. Experience in manufacturing;
10. Preferred to be certified as a Quality Manager, CQE, CRE, LSS Blackbelt or Quality Auditor.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (The minimum education, certification, special training and years of experience required to do a satisfactory job.)
1. B.S. Engineering, Business or other relevant Bachelor’s Degree;
2. 5 yrs. field service, including 2 yrs. experience as a field technician;
3. Principles of Lean, including 2 yrs. experience in applying Lean techniques;
4. 2 years of management experience in quality discipline;
5. Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
