职位描述

About the position:

The primary responsibility of the Retail Operations Manager is to oversee and further improve the store operation standard in the region

 

 

Principal job responsibilities:

·         Conduct scheduled store visit to ensure stores are efficiently and effectively managed.

·         Ensure the execution of all applicable policies and guidelines. 

·         Track compliance with operations policy and procedure.

·         Ensure operations standards are in line with the brand objectives.

·         Increase the overall sales in the responsible district by setting proper targets and implementing operating plans.

·         Analyze retail KPIs, identify opportunities and suggest plans to improve and grow the business by increasing the store productivity.

·         Work with store team to address retail operations concerns and issues.

·         Work closely with Functional supporting team to identify the training needs and tools required to improve the in-store customer service.

·         Reinforces the company’s commitment to customer service, through the China Way of Service (CWS)

·         Ensures that stores are merchandised in a way that is consistent with company philosophies and merchandising plans.

·         Ensures Store Managers maximize business through contests, promotions, and most importantly consistent, ongoing training and development of all employees.

·         Maintain the good relationship with landlords

Performs other duties as directed by Senior Manager, Retail Operations and the corporate office.

Qualifications & Experience: 

·         Minimum 10 years of retail experience of which 5 years at managerial level

·         Retail, consumer goods, and luxury industry preferred

·         Experience in multi-store management; managing over 10 stores and over 4 cities

·         Result oriented and ability to work well with all levels of management and build relationship

·         Good analytical mind and problem solving skills

·         Excellent people management and coaching skills

·         Team player with positive mindset and excellent work ethics

·         Ability to handle customer complaint

·         Flexible and able to work under pressure

·         Proactive, organized and detail-minded

·         Able to exercise independent judgment and take action

·         Understanding of financial statement and retail metrics

·         Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  Proficient in PC skills, such as MS Office and POS system
