Responsibilities 
? Act as an organizational liaison, between IT and business functions in China. 
o Inform and Communicate all IT related issues with China management and respective business groups
o Advise and Influence business from IT perspective on any business or IT initiatives
o Coordinate and Integrate IT resources to support business operations in China
o Manage and oversee IT operations and all China initiated IT projects
? Act as the main contract point with global IT organization 
o Collaborate with respective IT groups and project managers on global project roll out
o Maintain the availability and stability of IT infrastructure in China
o Coordinate global IT resources to support China IT projects
o Provide input, update and feedback to global IT team about China IT operation and IT projects
? Manage China IT Team 
o Lead IT team in China to provide IT support to China users
o Manage talent development for China IT
o Motivate China IT team and be responsible for the performance of China IT as a whole
? Manage China IT strategic planning 
o Define China IT strategy based on the global IT strategy and input from China business
o Prepare IT budget and monitor IT spending in China

Preferred Qualifications 
-Must possess high standard of professionalism and strong business ethic not only managing IT operations in China but also in managing IT vendors and IT team in China.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication (oral and written) skill to be able to collaborate effectively with China and global management and business users
- Must have strong project management skill to drive local and global projects
- Must be able to work effectively with all IT resources to provide support to China IT infrastructure and application
- Must be able to document and update the IT operations efficiently
- Creative problem solving and strong analytical troubleshooting skills are required.
- In-depth knowledge on IT infrastructure (network, telecom, security, storage, server etc.) is required
- A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT management role.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently in the execution of his job duties.
- Business process acumen and good understanding to business applications is preferred.
