【Essential Functions】:

1. Work closely with RD to fabricate/evaluate the electrical/mechanical prototypes.

2. Make reliability test plan for system and sub-systems.

3. Implement the reliability plan and do hands-on execution, generate required documents and reports.

4. Effectively co-work with RD to perform analysis and investigate failures root cause

5. Coordinate and provide reliability test facilities resources per product development requirement

【Knowledge, skills and abilities required】:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product reliability testing and data analysis in manufacturing and/or product development; familiar with the process of REL, DQT, production manufacturing and quality management, product testing.

2. In depth knowledge and wide application of project reliability program development, including design for Reliability and Manufacturibility , and Test for reliability design

3. Solid experience in conducting statistical analysis of data and turning analysis result to solution, with reasonable guideline.

4. Ability to operate independently with reasonable supervision; has technical skill for issues resolving and troubleshooting

5. Good skills in using state-of-art test equipment such as oscilloscope, signal generator, Force gauge etc. Familiar with Minitab

6. Proficient in written/documentation in English

7. Requires Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering field such as Industry Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or in equivalent field
