Purpose:
The position is the role modeling both on technical skills and knowledge internally and externally in the market. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Responsibilities:
? As a representative to join in new policies, regulation setup process and activities in industry
? Based on the investment trend and the company’s marketing strategy, to capture the industry changes and deliver development suggestion to internal team
? Represent company to global collects and analyzes related to products development locally
? Coordinate and organize workshop to review with cross team
? Develop strategy partner in local to develop new technology
? Prospect and customer development, coaching, analysis
? Build industry know how
? Onsite customer consultation
? Contribute ideas and professional guide for local leadership strategy making
? Knowledge transfer and coaching sale people in technical 
? Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
? Master degree or above, preferred from life science related majors
Experiences:
? With over 5 years working experiences in similar product and sale management function
Specialized knowledge & skills:
? Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, analytical skills
? Highly committed and accountable, self-motivated, integrity, and with wining spirit
? Strong communication skill, especially in cross function communication
? Good reputation in the industry and high potential on specified product
Working conditions/Environment (ex.Any irregular or unusual work schedules,travel,etc):
? Willing to travel frequently
