Responsibilities:
1.Handles customer sales orders (SO) from order receiving to payment transfer by
the customer:
2.Places Purchase Request to Procurement team.
3.Issues SO and update customer own reference numbers in MFG-PRO system.
4.Defines timelines and ETA's to the customer in relation to the regular orders.
5.Follows up on product delivery date and updates the customer in a regular basis.
6.Estimates freight expenses of individual shipments.
7.Prepares the commercial invoices and shipping notice to Logistics team.
8.Provides related shipping documents to customers.
9.Follow up on payments if overdue for 60 days.
10.Handles customer enquiries and complaints according to the established policy.
11.Performs customer satisfaction survey.
12.Prepares weekly SO outstanding reports to customers.
13.Prepares monthly on time delivery report.

Requirements:
1.English major or related.
2.Pass CET6 or TEM-8
3.Over 1 year working experience handling overseas customers enquiries / orders ,excellent graduates can be adopted by consideration
4.JV background preferred
5.Patient & careful, willing to learn.
