1.协助整理投标中心日常文档及数据库，提出积极建议；

2.配合FM业务线销售及运作有关投标工作的文案支持，尤其是商务部分资料的准备及编写；

3.根据年度及季度投标全国各区投标计划完成投标文件制作工作

4.其他设施市场投标相关的行政支持；

5.完成上级交办的其它工作任务。

任职资格

1．学历要求：大专/本科以上学历

2. 所需技能和能力：

  具有优秀的文案功底，虚心学习，反应灵敏，清晰的逻辑思维能力及团队合作精神；

  能承受较大工作压力，工作细致，严谨，具有高度的工作热情，敬业精神和责任感。

3．外语及计算机要求：英语水平CET-4以上优先考虑，能数量精通运用Office办公软件，尤其是Word； 

4．工作经验要求： 在读期间有相关文案编辑策划经验或从事相关文案及行政类工作的

5．技能证书：专业英语4级或以上为佳；

6．性别： 不限

7．其他：身体健康
