职位描述
Responsibilities:
The primary focus is to manage and facilitates process of candidate selection, interviewing, background check and job offer etc.
Continuously explore market best practices to optimize recruitment channels ensuring a robust candidate pipeline.
Track the recruitment status to ensure the openings are fulfilled in time.
Manage the employee lifecycle process such as onboarding, exit, transfer etc.
Partner with line managers to operate day-to-day people managements and drive employee engagement
Work with HR teams to coordinate the on-site delivery of employee training and activities and Shenzhen office administrative things.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above.
6+ years of recruiting experience in MNC, with experience in HR industry preferred.
Proactive, responsible, and Customer Service orientation.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Good command of English.
