职位描述

MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

?         Plan and executive market intelligence study includes—but isn’t limited to—market and competitor growth rates, competitor key strategic moves, impact of government policy, etc. utilizing a range of approaches including both internal sources and external sources

?         Transform primary and secondary research into actionable insights and communicate recommendations across the organization to drive strategic decision making and mid- to long-range business planning.

?         Develop & establish GC market intelligence practice to ensures effective integration of market insights into business actions and processes

?         Collaborate with other insights leads and develop a market intelligence community to leverage expertise, knowledge and best practices.

?         Facilitate and moderate brainstorming and data synthesis sessions to produce insights that address key business issues.

?         Provides direct oversight to market research and analytics projects that have strategic impact and senior management visibility

?         Identify and investigate new research methods and data sources to continually improve the value of Insights to the organization



JOB QUALIFICATION:

Education

 ?         BA /BS degree is required; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred

 ?         Degree in Healthcare/life science or marketing/business/finance is preferred  

 Job Experience 

 ?         Minimum 6-7 years’ experience 

 ?         Healthcare industry related experience is required (Medtech industry related experience is preferred); In-depth knowledge about local customer needs, healthcare system and government policies

 ?         Hands-on experience in the design and execution of market research or competitive strategy or portfolio strategy projects and integration of market insights into business actions and processes 

 ?         Has experience of independently leading project and defining project 

 ?         Working experience in China;     

 Skills / Competency   

 ?         Solid organization, project management, time management, and planning skills and Experience in project management and working with cross functional teams

 ?         Proven ability to conduct and/or analyze research related to customers and competitors 

 ?         Proven track record of consistently producing deliverables that are well-written and contain helpful information, providing solid and actionable recommendations 

 ?         Highly driven, results-oriented, detail-oriented, self-directed creative and nimble problem solver 

 ?         Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally 

 ?         Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills

 ?         Fluent in Chinese and strong English 2nd language abilities
