职位描述
1、Major responsibilities include field sales of all China regions, national and regional key account management, distributor’s management, new channels development and management, sales capabilities and operations.
2、Translates and locally implements China sales strategy in order to achieve its short and long-term sales goals in China. Accountable for the development and execution of new accounts and sales plans in order to ensure that the overall group’s sales volume and profitability objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
I、 Establishing Sales Planning
1. Assist the Management Director to formulate the overall sales strategy according to the national market development and contribute to the development of the China sales strategy,
2. Develop sales strategy to accelerate sales growth and achieve financial target, translating the Group/Regional strategies into actionable strategies and initiatives in China.
3. Provide competitor and customer information to the Management Director regularly and accurately, excavate business opportunities, maintain business contacts, and establish good cooperative relations with distributions and customers;
4、Develop and manage the sales forecast and planning. Work closely together with Sales Planning and Logistics to ensure alignment on customer priorities within Supply Chain and Logistics.
II. Setting Sales Targets
1. To organize the preparation of the company's annual sales plan and sales expenses budget, and supervise its implementation;
2. Establish various evaluation indicators, such as sales volume, repayment rate, market coverage rate, market share, etc.
3. Formulating and adjusting sales operation policies;
III. Supervising Sales Work
1. Organize and analyze the company's annual sales data and sales expenses budget;
2. Develop channels to provide resources to ensure the smooth development of sales work;
3. To check the signing of major contracts and provide support for the maintenance of major customers;
4..Develop sales plans, break down sales targets and manage regional sales team‘s daily activities well
5. Develop effective operation management process;
IV. Assistance in Market Work
1. Assist in controlling the direction and progress of marketing work.
2. Develop channel plan to strengthen penetration and coverage then meet annual target by high quality
3. Well manage distributor network to improve sell out capability, brand awareness in China market
4. Work with cross function team to deliver high quality sales forecast termly and meet finance target
5. To ensure the Account Receivable and assist cross-measuring the operations as well as outsourced suppliers.
V. Implementing Sales Management
1. To be responsible for the overall assignment and staffing of the work within the department;
2. Be responsible for controlling department budget and reducing marketing cost;
3. To be responsible for the department's cost auditing, contract auditing and bidding auditing;
VI. Complete other tasks assigned by the Management Director
Requirements:
1. Master Degree or above with Marketing or Management related major. MBA is preferred.
2.More than 15 years of work experience in industry product , senior Sales and sales Management experience no less than 5 years as sales director, managed sales size more than 10 people.
3. Strategic thinking, quickly and accurately identifies the cause of the problem, propose solutions, implementation, and be good at sales team building and managing.
4. Results-oriented and entrepreneurial. Demonstrated drive, confidence and risk taking.
5. Good English communication skills
6. Strong market sense and sensitive in numbers, demonstrable track sales record and analyze, supervise the sales performance, reach the company's targets.
7. Well understanding in Business management, economic law, financial management, sales management, the company's products and technology etc.
