Job Description Location: Shanghai MinhangMode of employment: Full time onlyWhat are my responsibilities?The position will be directly reporting to PPM Head of MS BU and work closely with MS BUManagement, Business Development department (BD), Commercial and sales team, externally with our key account customers and business partners.• Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and MS markets• Collect, deduce, analyze data from primary and secondary sources.• Complete market and business research as well as competitor analysis together with the business excellent team and BD by verticals / key accounts / EPCs / DIs. etc.• Create charts/PPT presentations as needed from captured data.• Make analytical, data driven recommendations• Grow our brand by planning, analyzing and executing targeted marketing campaigns e.g. Road show, magazine advertisement, internet promotions, customer events and make proposals for further activities.• Create, execute and track digital marketing plans by wechat or other platforms.• Dig deep into past and current marketing activities and identify opportunities forimprovement, optimization and create new ideas.• Lead the Marketing Budget planning, make proposals, track and support the executionof the planned activities together with the related MS departments and cooperatecommunication team (CC).• Work together with Product Life Cycle Manager (PLM) to develop go-to-market strategy and execution from pre-launch, launch to post-launch• Participate in other projects as necessary and Support BU management with ad-hoctopics
