This exciting role offers opportunity to:
? Responsible for the quality control of power systems products, including finish goods, in-process, incoming quality.
? Responsible for continuous quality improvement: customer complaint reduction, internal scrap/warranty reduction, FTQ improvement etc.
? Analyze nonconforming products in production process and take corrective action.
? Handle the quality complaints from customers and organize cross functional team to make corrective and preventive action by 8D.
? Develop quality control documentation for production, (Quality Control Plan, Working Instruction, Inspection Records, etc.), and ensure the implementation of the quality documents.
? Support inspector training activities.
? Cooperate with SQE to improve supplier quality.
? Responsible for customer PRE – SHIPMENT INSPECTION.
? Work on any other duties and projects assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirement:
? Education Level: A basic university degree in Mechanical & Electrical Integration
? Familiar with PCBA design and function testing.
? 3 years quality engineer working experience is required.(more than 3 years is a plus）;
? Fluent oral, reading and writing English
? Familiar with 8D and other problem solving tools.
? Familiar with MS Office Package (Word, Excel,PPT)
? Willing to work in workshop.
? Coordination, strong communication skills, proactive, team spirit, independent work.
