Position Summary：

As a Business Analyst, the candidate will be led by IT project manager to fulfil the business analysis and project coordination tasks assigned as:

1.      Business requirements collection and confirmation.

2.      Preparing functional specification and training material.

3.      Conducting training for business users at various levels.

4.      Support user acceptance test and assist in system rollout. 

This role will be working closely with business users ,IT team and third party resources.

Key Working Task:

1.      Engage the stakeholders to understand business’s requirements & strategy. And Prepare the structured business requirement documents or user story. 

2.      Conduct comprehensive analysis of the existing system and existing processes and data mapping ,gap-analysis. 

3.      Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from functional standpoint. 

4.      Ensure that the functional information is appropriately conveyed to the internal technical team or external vendors.

5.      Support the digital projects that follow the delivery process. 

6.      Provide the user training and conduct detailed system acceptance tests. 

7.      To  work in a fast paced environment, handle requirement changes in a propriate manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree holder with Computer or IT related discipline

2. At least 5 years' experience of BA or Product owner in CRM/EC background within retail industry

3. Excellent instruments of interpersonal skills and communication skills.

4. Capable to manage business expectations.

5. Proficient English read, write and speaking skills.

6. Working with passion and can handle work pressure successfully.

7. Experience in Business Analysis tools: Business Objects, Tableau, will be a plus

8. Good understanding of Social CRM will be a plus.

9. Fluent in Mandarin & English
