岗位职责:

? Responsible for overall project execution for all IT projects, play PM role for critical IT projects and activities, train, coach and build IT project management concepts and methodologies among IT organization, introduce and influence the use of project management best practices, develop, monitor and continuously improve IT Project, Program & Project Portfolio management process, governance, framework and IT project management ability and capability with IT process improvement team.
? Contribute to IT strategy, IT Governance, blueprint and roadmap aligned with business strategy, improvement and priorities based on the business, strategic and goals

任职资格:

Qualification Requirements
? 15+ years of overall IT working experience, with 10+ years of experience as IT PM or relevant role and 5+ years of management experience for multi-national companies
? A proven track record for project management and delivery for large, complex, cross functional IT functions on new systems and infrastructure implementation – ERP, SCM, CRM, SRM, etc.
? Advanced skills in project management and related methodologies
? Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
? Excellent troubleshooting skills to isolate, diagnose and implement corrective actions for problems and issues and to facilitate the resolution of challenging business / technology problems with different IT teams and business team together.
? Strong leadership, interpersonal skills with customer service-oriented manner to build and sustain key relationships across a wide and varied group of management and staff
? Skills in influencing and negotiation methods and techniques with ability to influence and persuade others outside his/her direct control
? Excellent analytical skills and reporting capabilities,
? Ability to work under tight timelines and high-pressure situations with high degree of accuracy.
? Demonstrated ability to written and oral communication skills, including the ability to speak and write about technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences.
? Experience managing outsource vendor and consultants.
? Bachelor degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience
? Self-driven and independent
? Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Preferred
? Past working experience for IC, Electronics and Semiconductor, or High-Tech Industry
? Certificated of Professional on project management: PMP, Prince2, or others
? Practice experience for technical and solution implementation, support, service delivery, development with IT/IS systems and infrastructure
? In-depth knowledge and solid experience with a wide range of business systems – ERP, SCM, CRM, SRM, etc. Is highly preferred
? IT project management experience for Merger and Acquisition
? Manage an IT Portfolio and Project Management Office.
