1. 负责20人左右安保团队日常管理，懂得消防应急流程、熟悉工控室，能在明确的要求下，运用专业知识或技能完成本岗位任务，配合完成复杂任务；                              

2.熟悉物业管理相关知识，了解与本专业相关的工作内容和技术要求；                                                                

3.具有很强的操作能力和应急处理能力，有较好的工作计划性，有一定的组织、管理能力，有一定的语言和文字表达能力。                                                           

4.大专以上学历，连续5年以上本专业的物业工作经验或3年以上物业管理经验,或有服务阿里经验，条件优秀的，可视情放宽。　

5.负责安保团队人员面试、选拔、绩效管理等领域有一定的判断力，能够分解目标到一线主管，并对过程结果进行监测；

6.对技术或管理需要一定的前瞻性；能够调动团队士气；

7.对公司内外及业界的相关资源和水平比较了解，对下属能够指导，能够对团队员工的水平做出判断；

8.能够制定符合本项目或本专业的制度文件及流程。
