General responsibilities ·

Initiate, execute and evaluate the annual brand action plan to deliver the brand business result. · ·

Make Regular brand analysis based on monthly sales report, quarterly retail audit data, brand tracking, competitors monitoring etc., make gap analysis and develop appropriate action plans. ·

Monitor and analyze market trend, consumer insights and competitor intelligence to identify the market opportunities for the brand development. · ·

Work with creative agencies and clients to develop communication concepts and Wechat weekly articles to build up brand awareness and continuously enhance brand equity. · ·

Well manage clients and provide professional & effective service to client, resulted in positive and satisfied feedback from clients. · ·

Manage marketing A&P to ensure 100% within budget and good return on investment. · ·

Work with internal cross-function teams to make sure routine result delivery. · ·
