GE石油天然气压力控制（苏州）有限公司（原伍德压力控制（苏州）有限公司）成立于2007年1月，于2011年4正式加入GE， 工厂位于苏州工业园区，整合后属于GE能源集团下的石油与天然气集团，产品包括节流阀，闸阀等各种阀门以及各种井口设备。我们的产品按照美国石油标准协会（API ）6A标准进行生产并获得认证，并且通过ISO 9001 质量体系认证、ISO 14001环境管理体系认证及OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证。

目前，苏州工厂约有150名员工，7000平方米的车间具备全面的制造（机加工，自动堆焊）、装配测试及检验能力，同时还提供先进的培训、售后服务及支持，为井口压力控制应用提供定制化产品、服务及诊断设备。

GE Oil & Gas Pressure Control (Suzhou) Co, Ltd (The former Wood Group Pressure Control (Suzhou) Co., Ltd) was acquired by GE Oil & Gas in April’ 2011. The facility locates in Suzhou Industrial Park with key technologies on Chokes, Valves and wellheads. The facility is ISO9001, ISO14004, OHSAS18001 registered and licensed. The products are certified for API 6A.

Up to today the 7000 square meter workshop provides complete manufacturing (including machining and automated cladding), assembly, testing and inspection services for our full line of wellhead pressure control equipment with approximately 150 employees

Role Summary/Purpose

In this role you will use your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

Essential Responsibilities

• Understand strategies for assigned commodities and proactively drive initiatives to meet Sourcing objectives • Identify and qualify new suppliers • Assess supplier capabilities and make recommendations on supplier acceptability • Implement sourcing standards including process & execution, synergies for cost out • Drive productivity opportunities with supply base to deliver cost out goals • Support commodity buys • Write reports to track PO activity and supplier performance • Analyze and track supplier promise date accuracy and develop reports to ensure supplier promise date accuracy • Hold weekly reviews with suppliers and develop telephone log of actions and conversations with suppliers • Drive effective recovery plans and create payment tracking and invoice analysis. tracking / invoice analysis • Develop process to look upstream for pending requirements and drive Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales in order to ensure sourcing given adequate cycle to procure material • Place Purchase Orders (PO) timely and obtain PO acknowledgements from suppliers•Special projects or assignments as directed by Plant Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a Sourcing role) • At least 3 additional years of experience in a Sourcing position

Desired Characteristics

• Additional experience in Sourcing and writing fulfillment reports using MS Access, SQL or Visual Basic is preferred • Efficient with Oracle 11.3, COPICS, DART and AP systems • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • PC and database proficiency • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Six Sigma training is preferred (GE employees only) • GE program graduate is preferred (GE employees only
