一、对运维人员的工作进行监督，保证机房现场运维工作顺利进行：

1.新服务器到货上架、搬迁服务器上下架、重启、维修、网线更换等运维工作操作

2.施工陪同、项目工勘

3.运维工作周报反馈

4、现场IT资产管理工作

二、现场其他工作进度跟踪，资源协调

1.厂商交付、项目施工等资源协调工作

2.现场所有人员考核、培训、考勤记录等等现场管理工作

3.负责IDC运营团队人才梯队建设、能力培养，现场运维团队管理及考核；

4.负责机房日常运维及管理工作，结合IDC实际情况均衡考虑服务质量、效率、成本及安全，持续优化及改进机房业务运营；

6.定期针对机房基础设施进行巡检，查漏补缺，避免安全隐患

任职要求：

1、3年以上IDC机房工作经验，熟悉IDC机房运维环境；

2、熟悉品牌服务器构成；

3、具有出色的沟通协调能力，有机房管理经验者优先；

4、工作态度认真、细致、负责，能承受较大工作压力
