Job Description IntroductionFor our Value Center ERP AAE we are looking for a Regional IT Specialist (CR coordinator) at the earliest opportunity.What are my responsibilities?Mission of FunctionRegional IT Specialist (Change Coordinator) is responsible for supporting the coordination of all changes in the ERP SAP system, specifically to work on daily routine tasks, e.g. Change Request categorization and follow-up activities. It requires a consensual proceeding, standardized procedures and change types, comprehensive tracking and appropriate communicationContacts (internal/external)• Internal: With VC AAE teams as well as other IT functions within Siemens organization• External: With stakeholders from Siemens Companies in the region AAE and service providers depending on the topicsTask• VC ERP AAE Change Management process performer and controller.• Develops an optimal application process setup within a functional area.• VC ERP AAE Change Management process related monitoring and reports preparation.• Daily CR operation support on questions or issues raised by customer or vendors.• VC ERP AAE Change Management related commercial topic.
