The QM team can be initially within Operation Org reporting to Operation VP but can be elevated to corporate level if its scope shall be extended. The scope/responsibilities of the QMS team includes:

1) Implementing and enforcing quality management system (QMS) according to ISO/TS standard within OPS and expanding to Corporate cross functions

2) Establishing and Driving FMEA practice and systematic improvement process

3) Improve quality system and documentations. .Streamlining work flows, procedures, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and flaw preventions

4) Lead and coordinate customer audit and quality assessment/evaluation of supply chain

5) System improvement/enforcement within the OPS and cross function areas

6) Coordinate customer quality claim and RMA process

7) Certifications

Quality Director:

1) Extensive experience in QMS and ISO implementations

2) >10 years working experience in quality system, >5 years in quality management position (at least 2 years in Semiconductor industry)

3) Leadership and communication skills

4) Strong Ownership and sense of responsibilities.
