职位描述

某外资医药公司招聘

Accountability:
一、Facilitate timely delivery of annual recruitment target
1. Support Sales Management Team to develop sales annual manpower planning based on business goals.
2. Participate in interviews for Regional Sales Manager/Regional Product Manager or above positions.
3. Support Sales Management Team to execute probation review of new hires (e.g. RSM/RPM & above).
4. Coach line manager on interview skills and new employee management.
5. Provide suggestion to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness to central recruiting team.

二、Ensure talent activities and process are implemented as planned
1. Ensure individual development plan are in place for selected employees, share talent development needs with central TD team to design talent interventions and solutions, and monitor talent development activities are implemented as planned.
2. Provide professional HR consultation services on employee development issues.
3. Facilitate talent promotion/movement process in Sales division.

三、Support the building performance management culture in the organization
1. Support Sales Management Team on performance management system implementation, process execution and issue management, help to improve performance management effectiveness and rating accuracy.
2. Provide performance management training and advice to Sales Management Team and handle employee appeal case.
3. Support Sales Management Team to implement under-performance improvement plan to improve organizational performance.

四、Proactively manage employee Relationship in Sales Division
1. Play critical role on employee communication (HR policies, process etc.), team building, and promote Astellas corporate culture.
2. Advise line manager on employee issue management to ensure ER issues are smoothly resolved in line with legal and company guideline, actively involved in termination case management with support from central ER team.
3. Act as an effective communication channel to support two-way communications between employees and Sales Management Team.

五、Facilitate the implementation of Compensation and Benefit process and activities in Sales Division
1. Support Sales Management Team to implement the process of salary review and post review communication according to company guideline, ensure the implementation of “Pay for Performance” philosophy.
2. Collect and communicate C&B related issues with central C&B team.

六、Manage and develop Regional HRBPs
1. Manage the performance of Regional HRBPs and provide regular coaching and feedback to motivate team members.
2. Support HR Director to design HR capability building programs to improve HR business partnering skills.
3. Create career development opportunities among the HRBPs team.

七、Achieve HR Operational Excellence
1. Ensure regional HR practice are fully compliant with company policies and process requirement.
2. Provide timely HR report with high data quality.
3. Provide suggestions to central HR functions to improve HR process efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:


一、Education
1. University degree or above from recognized university.

二、Skills
1. Fluent English in reading and writing.
2. Team-orientated leadership skills developed through direct working experience with senior management.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to build long term partnerships with management and staff.
4. Demonstrate courage to take a strong stand with management if required.
5. Good understanding of financial impacts derived from HR decisions and policies.
6. Solid knowledge of legal framework for HR (e.g. local labor law and legislation).
7. High degree of results-orientated and ability to execute while multitasking.
8.Mature and skillful in solving complex problems.

三、Experience
1. Significant (6-8 years) experience as HRBP at a large multinational organization, or with solid background in recruiting and employee relationship related role.
2. Related working experience with dynamic and high growth organizations, direct experience working with sales and marketing functions is preferred.
