JobDescription:

This job is to be performed by a Secretarywho is responsible for assisting sales people in processing and confirmingcustomer transactions and providing administrative support to sales people inthe aspects of client development and service. The duties and responsibilitieshe/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:
Collecting and recording marketinformation;

Maintaining client relationshipdatabases and research lists to assist roadshows
维护客户信息数据库,协助相关路演活动
Compiling statisticalinformation
整理编制统计信息

Arranging and coordinatinginternal and external meeting
协调内外部行政会议安排

Other administrative responsibilitiesas required

Skillsand Abilities


Good command in Mandarin,Cantonese and English

Good communication and problem-solvingskill

Good command in PC skills,Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
熟练运用Office办公软件

Qualifications

Candidates with Bachelor degree and above
统招本科及以上学历
Experience in multinationalcompanies, preferably having involved in financial industry
