岗位职责：

  

1. 负责前台电话的接听和转接，做好来电咨询工作，重要事项认真记录并反馈给相关部门，不遗漏、不延误；

2. 负责来访客户的接待、基础咨询、引荐和送别，懂得基本商务礼仪，遵守公司的接待服务规范，保持良好的礼节礼貌；

3. 负责收发公司传真、信件、报刊、文件、快递等；

4. 及时准确的更新员工通讯录；网络、邮箱等；

5. 保证前台所需物资充足（如水、纸、设备、耗材及报销单据表格等）及行政费用结算。

6. 员工考勤系统维护、考勤统计及外出人员管理；

7. 负责统计日常办公用品采购、发放、登记管理，办公室设备管理；

8. 完成上级交给的其他事务性工作。

                

 

  

任职资格：

  

1. 文秘、行政管理及相关专业大专及其以上学历；

2. 熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力；

3. 熟练运用Office等办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；

4. 普通话标准、及简单英语听说口语，有较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；

5. 工作细心热情、责任心强，品行端正、积极主动、有较强亲和力。
