SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE
To manage the utility to align with the production needs. Emphasis would be on compliance on EHS/Regulatory with best cost.

The scope of key responsibilities include:
· Ensure utility equipment in JJC and SJJ working reliable and effectiveness to support production needs.
· Manage the utility expense budget and closely monitor and try best to control actual expense within budget.
· Drive and support CIP project.
· Lead utility project to support business needs.
· Government relationship.
· Ensure compliance to Quality, EHS and regulatory on utility equipment.
· Utility contractor management



KEY MEASURES
· The position will be measured primarily on:

· Individual breakdown on AHU, air compressor, Steam, Chiller, Power less than 4 hrs
· No noncompliance on wastewater discharge.
· Control utility budget within +/-5%
· No environment accident
· No Safety accident
· Drive and support CIP project


Qualifications
Required Competencies and Skills:
· Bachelor or above degree on engineering
· Knowledge of facility equipment
· Five years or more experience on facility and facility management
· Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skill
· People management skill
· Knowledge on basic Financials Business processes and Budgeting
· Results Driven and able to work independently to deliver.
