工作目标
- 新包装设备的选型，采购，验收，安装调试和交付
New packing equipment acquirement including development, purchasing, installation & start up and validation
- 现有生产设备的自动化改造，包括自动化方案确认，实施和交付生产
Existing process equipment automation upgrade including automation development and implementation
- 日常设备维护支持
Routine maintenance support

工作主要职责
- 工程项目的实施，包括设备的设计，交货期和预算的控制
- Engineering project implementation including: equipment development, delivery and budget control
- 参加亚太区工程项目实施，帮助其他国家完成自动化改造项目
- Involve in regional automation project and provide technical support to transfer automation technology to other country in Asia Pacific Region
- 在新产品研发和工艺改进中，完成对设备的更新和改造
- Responsible for process improvement and upgrade to support new product development
- 与第三方密切合作，按照国家法规和JJC有关安全和GMP要求，以最小费用和最高效率实施项目
- Ensure projects comply to national regulations and J&J requirements including EHS and GMP's
- 不断学习新的技术和先进的工艺来提高机器效率，降低生产成本
Be able to learn new technology and apply to improve process efficacy/efficiency with

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree above
- 5 years working experience
- Skilful English with listening and writing
- Skilful on AutoCAD application and mechanical design.
- Strong project management capability
- Preferred: Have working experience in auto-packing industry.
