GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

To assist the implementation of merchandising projects in Shanghai with focusing on own retail stores.

 

The person will be responsible for the allocation, sell-through achievement, inventory management, delivery tracking, and best practice sharing across the markets.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Allocation

 

Proactively get ways to improve the processes and guidelines for the merchandising work for better effectiveness and efficiency

 

·         Routine replenishment.

 

·         Assortment for new store opening and events.

 

·         Store inventory configuration with “broken size/colour”.

 

·         Inventory transfer between full price & off price stores.

·         First allocation for new season launch.

 

·         Size break down for retail pre-season order.

 

·         Manage the defects return.

 

 

 

Sell Through Target Achievement

 

 

 

·         Track and monitor the new season product sales to identify opportunities and risks.

 

·         Proactively take actions in replenishment of best sellers and fast turn the slow moving items to improve sell through.

 

Target season end sell thru 58% for Shanghai.

 

 

Position Requirements：

University or college graduate

Minimum 3-5 years of retail merchandising (allocation) experience.

Good communication with Mandarin and English.

Build up supportive and constructive relationship with both internal and external business partners

Proactive, self-starter, positive “can-do” attitude
