Work Scope updated as below:

1. Prepare the Related Party Transaction filling and coordinate the preparation of Transfer Pricing ("TP") Documentation.
2. Assist the Bilateral Advanced Pricing Arrangement (“BAPA”) project and related work, including LOI submission, tax bureau on-site interview, etc.
3. Support for peer profit analysis and responsible to monitor the profitability status of the legal entity from tax/Customs compliance perspective.
4. Maintain TP models, conduct transfer pricing input and analysis and coordinate cross-functional implementation of new transfer prices to support the UK/China TP strategy.
5. Handle parts pricing monitoring quarterly, coordinate with UK pricing team and supply chain team when necessary.
6. Study on TP/Customs related regulation updated and provide research/analysis of the potential impact.
7. Assist in analysis and financial modeling for new transactions/business in China.
8. Independently handle import price registration for new model year carline launch program to Customs authority.
9. Handle the vehicle and parts import tax forecast and monitor the actual figures for management reporting.
10. Handle and ensure the on-time payment of the import tax for vehicle and parts via systems.
11. Other jobs/projects as assigned

Key requirements updated as below:

1. Undergraduate/postgraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related majors preferred
2. 3-6 years' relevant experience in tax/TP area (Experience with Big 4 firms is preferable), and willing to learn/develop in Customs area as well
3. Familiar with OECD / BEPS regulations and Customs valuation approaches is preferable
4. Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
5. Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
7. Self-initiated and result-oriented
