职位描述

Purpose of the Job:

-Provide effective support to the Sales director and daily management of the sales team.为销售总监提供日常工作支持。



Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Provides assistance to National Sales Director sales management, such as reporting, budgeting, planning and promotion activities为全国销售总监提供助理工作,例如报表,预算,计划和促销活动。

- Assist to complete all related statistics for analyses and expenses reports.帮助完成相关数据分析和费用报表。

- Filling for business documents, fax, memo, and from internal and external units.负责内外部文件管理,包括传真、内部备忘录等。

- Be responsible for all minutes of meeting and conversations both in Chinese and English.负责所有会议纪要,包括中英文版本。

- Acts as a coordinator for sales department and other departments.负责协调销售部门与其他部门之间。

- Other routine office work such as meeting arrangement, visitors, business trips, entertainment and so on.其他日常工作,包括会议安排,来访人员安排,出差安排等。

- Other assignments from supervisor上级主管交代的其他工作。



Qualifications:

-Above college degree大专以上

- 2-3 year related experience, interested in administration, filling and office work两年至三年助理行政工作经历

- Initiative, team-spirited工作主动,有团队合作精神

- Willingness to perform and result orientation良好的绩效,以结果为导向

- Creativity and ability to Change诚信

- Ability to work under pressure愿意承受工作压力

- Good coordinator良好的协调者
