职位描述

Purpose of the Job:

- Overall manage the Manufacturing & Service Dept. & QA Dept. to achieve the production and quality goal. 负责制作部和质量部的全面管理以达到生产和质量目标。
- Overall manager Customer Service & Order Processing Dept. to run professionally customer services call centre and ensure orders’ to be handled accurately and timely.负责对客户服务和订单部的管理,以确保专业的客户服务呼叫中心,并保证订单的及时准确处理。
- Overall responsible for logistics consisting of purchasing/sourcing, Import & Export, materials & stocks management.负责物流部的管理,包括采购,进出口,物料和库存管理。

Tasks & Responsibilities:

MFG & QA:
制作部和质量部:
1. To be responsible for setting up strategic plan for production and quality control;负责为产品和质量控制建立战略计划;
2. To be responsible for managing and executing to optimize manufacturing methods, layouts, techniques, hourly production rate to standard/efficiency, overtime etc.. Maintain process ability ratio at stable and reliable level;负责根据相关标准所生产产品的流程优化;
3. To ensure the safe and timely production process to meet the customer needs.确保及时准确出货,以满足客户需求;
4. To ensure all products meet internal and external standards and comply with all relevant regulations, licenses and certifications.保证所有产品符合内部和外部的相关标准等;
5. To be responsible for setting up and maintaining ISO13485 quality management system. To coordinate the Quality Audit program as it applies to product and company Operating Systems.负责建立和维护ISO13485质量管理体系;

Customer Service & Order Processing:
客户服务和订单处理:
1. To be responsible for running professional customer service call centre. To manage customer service team to handle customer complaints & collect information regarding customer needs to reach maximum customer satisfaction.负责客户服务电话中心的专业运作,管理客服团队处理客户抱怨,收集客户需求信息以最大限度达到顾客满意度;
2. To set up working procedure for customer service team and ensure them be executed properly.为客服服务团队建立工作流程,确保工作的及时有效处理;
3. To lead the order processing team and coordinate with internal dept. to meet handling resolution of all order related problems to achieve on
timely delivery.带领订单处理团队与内部各相关部门保持锦棉联系,确保及时出货;
4. To ensure all orders are processed accurately, efficiently, in a timely
manner and are in compliance with company's price policies and
relevant procedures. 确保所有订单的流程准确,有效,及时,与公司的定价政策一致;
5. To be responsible for smooth running of the section, take initiative to
improve the process and make changes according to requirements by
management as well as customer request.及时根据客户要求改进相关工作。

Logistic:
物流部:
1. To be responsible for purchasing/sourcing, Import & Export, materials & stocks management.负责公司采购,进出口,物料和库存管理;
2. To ensure the safety stock according to business requirement.根据公司业务需求确保安全库存;
3. To manage standard logistic procedures set-up and execution and optimize.负责物流流程的建立、执行和优化;
4. To be responsible for keeping good relationship with custom to ensure product import and export.负责保持海关之间的良好关系,以确保货物的进出口;
5. To be responsible for periodical reviewing of safety stock and monitor slow moving material and E&O disposal.负责分阶段回顾安全库存,促销物料等。

Overall:
整体的管理:
1. To be responsible for department above expenses budget & control.负责上述部门的费用预算和控制;
2. To be close contact with MD with any urgent, unresolved, and potential issues. 及时与总经理保持沟通,处理紧急的、亟待解决的和潜在的事件;
3. To coordinate with internal departments, find root cause of mistakes and initiate proposals for improvement. 与内部其他各部门保持良好的合作;
4. To lead monthly coordination meeting within MFG, QA, CS & OP, Logistic to ensure smooth operation and resolve any relevant issues.组织领导制作部、质量部、客服和订单部,以及物流部每月的会议,确保整个营运部的搞笑运作,并解决相关问题;
5. To be responsible for hiring, training, performance evaluation and discipline of employees supervised.负责下属员工的面试、培训、绩效考评;
6. To review all documentation submitted by subordinates and prepare relevant reports required.负责审核下级上交的报告;
7. To work closely with the corporate function team in Swiss HQ.与瑞士总部相关部门保持紧密联系;
8. To perform other duties as required by the Managing Director.其他由上级交代的其他工作。

Qualifications:

1. More than 10 years working experiences plus minimum 4 years of supervisor above managerial experience.超过十年的相关工作经验,至少四年的管理岗位;
2. Familiar with HA industry and have strong
technical background preferred.数字助听器行业,有良好的技术背景;
3. Extensive manufacturing knowledge including but not limited to work-in-process principles, labour efficiencies, yield tracking, production scheduling/planning.广泛的制造业经验,包括但不仅限于工作流程,工作效率,生产跟踪和生产计划等;
4. Have basic knowledge of ISO 9001& 13485 electronic manufacturing environment.对ISO9001和13485质量管理体系了解;
5. Have good logistics knowledge and supply chain understanding. 有良好的物流知识和供应链的管理知识;
6. Be familiar with ERP system and logistic processes.熟悉ERP系统和物流流程。
