职责描述：

- Responsible for developing new customer and opportunity in medical market
- Promote LSR business in China for healthcare& medical segment
- Develop sealing business in new and existing medical customer.
- Establish good relationship with new and existing customers.
- Work as a SE to help new and existing customer on medical application
- Work with global sales team to develop local business
- Create the project and then maximum the hit rate for proposing projects and design for customer
- Generate technical sales tools, documents, and hardware to promote TSS products;
- Assist in design, procurement, building, and maintenance of special devices used by the TSS organization in its operations and/or marketing;
- Be responsible for reviewing the technical contents of the TSS Quality Control Manual.
任职要求：
- Bachelor degree or above in Machinery, Material Sciences, Engineering or Technical field- with applicable selling experience.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years in selling LSR or technical person in medical market
- Ability to grasp technical concepts. Must be mechanically included sales and result oriented. Organized and experience in territorial sales coverage.
- Rubber part design capability is preferable
- Team work and good self management is preferable;
- Be proactive and self-motivation.
- Good in English oral and written and international business communication skills.
- Frequently traveling around China.
- Preferable in good experience in some multi-national company.
