KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

1. Manage an agile project portfolio of big data and AI involving business/operation units and external partners in pharmaceutical and clinical domains;

2. Develop and maintain executable project schedules of big data and AI problems according to team capability and resources, identify and assess risks to take proactive actions;

3. Ensure project compliance with company standards, regulations, intellectual properties;

4. Administer agile project-related activities (align dynamic customer needs with user stories, acceptance criteria, sprints, etc.), remove hurdles to ensure project progress and completion, facilitate project reporting and demo sessions;

5. Coordinate with project customers to ensure a good communication channel as the project contact

6. Provide project (agile/lean) management training to team members and promote best practices in big data & AI project management.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering related areas (computer/information/system/mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, etc.) with at least 2 years data analysis/software development project management experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare domains;

2. Solid knowledge in scaled agile project management, preferably with SAFe/Agile scrum master certifications and experience in agile projects; Lean/six-sigma/PMP/ISO certificates are a plus;
