职位描述
Job Responsibilities :
? To organize and manage China Development team daily operations
? To take part in Products Tech Pack (Artwork and Technical requirements) confirmation process together with HQ Management
? To organize merchandising, costing and sourcing systems in SE Category in China
? To form and to launch business operation procedures in terms of samples merchandising, costing and sourcing
? To monitor sample development schedule
? To monitor manufacturing process of samples development
? To monitor lab dip fabric schedule
? To check lab dips for colour and counter swatches for colour/design/quality and reporting to HQ Management
? To check all materials including fabric, trims etc and reporting to HQ Management
? To check the samples and reporting to HQ Management
? To form and to check CBD (cost breakdowns) for developing products;
? To organize effective working process in China Development team;
? To assist Head Office Senior Management in solving samples development/logistics problems;
? To enlarge sourcing supply base according to Head Office requirements;
? To build up strong Shenzhen office team;
? To establish effective communication between the offices (Head Office – Shanghai office Xiamen office - Shenzhen office);
? To build loyal, mutually beneficial business models with factories based on Sportmaster standards;
? To complete all additional tasks appointed by CEO of the company / Director of Production Division / Country Manager China / Head of SE Production Dept HQ
? To provide monthly reporting to CEO of the company / Country Manager China
? To provide weekly reporting to Head of SE Production Dept HQ
Requirements:
? Technical Higher Education, Management University degree is also possible
? Major in Management. Successful experience in managing (supervising more than 10 people) for more than 3 years.
? Experience in product development in terms of samples production, merchandising, costing, sourcing.
? Experience in sporting goods and knowledge of sporting goods industry and local sporting goods market in terms of manufactures and retail is add-value.
? Fluent in English. Russian language knowledge is add-value.
? Familiar with office software including excel and word etc.
? Excellent analytical, structuring skills
? Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Readiness for business trips
? Team player and quick learner
? Proactive
